Tools: Life Style Inventory (LSI 360)

The LSI 360 includes a self-assessment (LSI 1) and feedback provided by the participant’s key stakeholders (LSI 2), including Peers, Managers and Direct Reports.

The LSI 360:

  • Measures current level of leadership effectiveness based on 12 specific patterns or “styles” of thinking, behaving and interacting.
  • Identifies leadership strengths and areas of development.
  • Creates awareness of constructive behaviour.
  • Focuses on self-development only; all 360 data and conversations with the coach are fully confidential.
