The Leadership Capability Program is an all-in-one solution utilising innovative measurement tools and 1-to-1 coaching for a truly tailored development experience. Coachees will embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth thanks to a perfect combination of pure and skills-based coaching that focuses on specific competency areas.
Leaders will become empowered to make purposeful, independent decisions, resulting in more engaged, higher-performing teams.
Tools: Objective Leader Tool Belt
Capability Assessment: Scenario-based knowledge and skills assessment (30 min)
360 Survey: Behavioural feedback from direct reports, peers and 1-up manager - includes verbatim feedback(20 min, per stakeholder)
Personal Ambition Form: The coachee sets some early goals and rates their current level in each competency area (15 min)
Optimum
Setting goals and expectations with a directing leadership style will provide clarity, confidence and engagement.
Would Work
A supporting leadership approach will make the new team member feel welcomed and included.
Not Ideal
A coaching approach would be ineffective as the person has just started and needs clarity on role, goals and expectations.
Not Recommended
It would be too soon to use an empowering approach and start delegating challenging tasks.
