The Leadership Essentials Program has been formulated for those transitioning into a leadership role and becoming the future of the organisation. Understanding the fundamentals of managing people will optimise cohesion and create a team culture where success is achieved through others.

Coachees will be allowed the space to develop their ability to effectively delegate and engage others, whilst gaining clarity around career progression pathways and role expectations.

Tools: Objective Leader Tool Belt

Capability Assessment: Scenario-based knowledge and skills assessment (30 min)

Personal Ambition Form: The coachee sets some early goals and rates their current level in each competency area (15 min)

Influence outcomes by actively listening and using a range of techniques suitable to the needs of the audience.

Monitor your own and others' emotions and distinguish between them to guide thinking, overcome obstacles and decide upon appropriate actions.

Having a strong focus on achievement and productivity, approaching challenges with integrity, self-worth and confidence.
