The challenge

AF Legal Group wanted to strengthen relationships across its executive team and create greater alignment around how leaders communicated, collaborated and worked through shared challenges.

Our approach

Objective Leader delivered the Unite team coaching program, supported by DiSC profiling to help leaders better understand their individual communication and working styles. Facilitated team coaching created space for open conversations, reflection and agreement on more effective ways of working together.

The outcome

The program strengthened team connection and created greater clarity around collective priorities, communication and collaboration. Leaders developed practical commitments to support stronger relationships and more effective teamwork.
