The challenge

BAE Systems Australia wanted to support senior leaders operating in a complex, high-performance environment where increasing demands required stronger strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement and leadership effectiveness. Leaders also needed dedicated space to step back from day-to-day pressures and focus on their leadership impact.

Our approach

Objective Leader delivered tailored one-to-one coaching supported by Life Styles Inventory and Leadership Circle assessments, individual development planning and practical workplace application. Coaching was aligned to each leader’s context, development goals and organisational priorities.

The outcome

100% of participants reported positive progress toward their leadership goals and satisfaction with their personal and professional growth, while 100% expressed interest in further coaching. Participants gave the program an average recommendation score of 9.75/10 and reported improvements in self-awareness, stakeholder management, difficult conversations and strategic decision-making.
