The challenge

SmartestEnergy was experiencing rapid growth and needed to build the capability of emerging and frontline leaders as their responsibilities increased. Leaders needed greater confidence in people leadership, strategic thinking and managing increasingly complex teams and stakeholder relationships.

Our approach

Objective Leader delivered tailored Accelerator coaching supported by Objective Leader capability assessments and individual development plans. Leaders completed five one-to-one coaching sessions focused on their individual development needs and real workplace challenges.

The outcome

100% of participants surveyed said they would recommend the program, reporting increased self-awareness, confidence and leadership effectiveness. Leaders applied practical approaches to delegation, feedback, collaboration and difficult conversations, with six participants continuing into further coaching.
