The challenge

Australian Wildlife Conservancy has a highly technical workforce, including scientists and conservation specialists working across remote locations. The challenge was to help technical experts grow as people leaders while overcoming distance, limited connectivity and access to traditional development.

Our approach

Over five years and multiple cohorts, Objective Leader delivered tailored one-to-one coaching supported by the Objective Leader Assessment. Flexible virtual coaching enabled geographically dispersed leaders to focus on individual development needs while building consistent leadership capability.

The outcome

Assessment and feedback data demonstrated improvements across leadership capability, including communication, delegation, team management and decision making. Participants also reported strong progress towards their individual development goals and greater confidence in leading their teams.
