The challenge

Sanimax wanted to strengthen the capability of middle and senior leaders, with particular emphasis on communication, people development, change leadership and more strategic ways of working.

Our approach

Objective Leader delivered personalised Accelerator coaching supported by the Objective Leader Assessment, aligning individual development goals with priority organisational capabilities.

The outcome

Group 1 reassessment data showed overall capability scores increasing from 71% to 80% across both leadership cohorts, with improvement in all ten assessed areas. The largest gains included Emotional Intelligence (+25 percentage points), Communication (+22) and Change Management (+19).
