Turning shared experience into stronger Council leadership

Liverpool Plains Shire Council wanted to strengthen the capability and confidence of its Team Leaders and Coordinators across a broad range of practical people-leadership skills.

Objective Leader delivered the in-person Liverpool Plains Leadership Academy, developing capability across communication, performance, courageous conversations, developing others, accountability, teamwork, motivation, conflict management and emotional intelligence.

The Leadership Academy upskilled Council leaders, increased leadership confidence and provided participants with more effective approaches to workplace communication and people leadership.
