Nutrition Warehouse wanted to unlock the leadership potential of its Service Leads, empowering emerging leaders to take greater ownership and help shape the company’s future.

Objective Leader delivered the co-branded Built to Lead pathway through six practical workshops covering communication, emotional intelligence, performance management, decision-making, courageous conversations and strategic thinking.

Service Leads completed a structured six-month development journey, building a shared leadership toolkit for managing people, navigating challenges and thinking beyond day-to-day operations. The program was strongly embraced and publicly promoted by Nutrition Warehouse as part of its commitment to developing emerging leaders.
